Washer dryer hookup in separate utility room. Utilities are NOT included; 1st month’s rent plus security deposit are due at signing lease. Cats are NOT ALLOWED, dogs are allowed upon approval with additional non-refundable security deposit and a $35 monthly rent fee. Lawn care and trash removal service are included. Our apartments go very quickly. Due to large response, all applications will be taken in order received, and once approved, can schedule to see the apartment. Sorry, no exceptions.
