There is no washer/dryer hookup and no pets allowed. Also no smoking allowed inside the home. Tenant pays all utilities. Home is located on a small lot situated behind a larger home at 715 Hawkins Drive. Please drive by the home and call us if you'd like to schedule an appointment. We do run a background and reference check and there is a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Tenant must have stable employment and adequate income. Minimum verified income required is $1600 per month.
