There are security cameras at this facility, and a Laundromat onsite for your convenience. $575 per month (first and last month rent due at lease signing) plus $575 deposit with approved application, background check, references along with proof of income. First Month, Last Month and Security Deposit required prior to move in. A pet may be allowed in this unit. Additional fees and deposit, breed and size restrictions apply. Call to discuss our pet policy. There is a $20 application fee per adult living in unit.
