Recently updated kitchen and bath, new vinyl plank flooring, and fresh paint. The main floor has two bedrooms, bath, living room and kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a finished basement that has two bedrooms, bath, living room, and kitchen (but no appliances). The basement is another apartment, but has inside access (as well as outside access) and is on the same utility meters, so I'm renting as one unit. There is a rear porch and a two car carport with storage areas. The tenant pays all utilities. One small pet is allowed with a $300 pet fee. No smoking inside, outside is okay. I have an application, but no application fee.
