Most residents have enough room to set up a full bed, dresser, desk and a living area with a couch, TV, etc. The flooring is plush carpet in the main area and either linoleum or ceramic tile in the kitchen & bathroom. There are 8 units per building and 2 buildings on the site that are Studios. The units are painted as needed and thoroughly cleaned between residents. We do not allow smoking inside or pets. Heating and A/C is by a through-the wall unit like in many motels. One parking space is included (sticker is $25/year) per Apt. in the large paved and well lighted parking lot.
