Only two pets per unit. Pets may not weigh more than 35lbs. All animals must be registered and approved by the office. Restricted Breeds: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff, and exotic pets/animals such as snakes, pot-bellied pigs, and any and all illegal pets/animals. Landlord shall determine whether an animal is considered exotic.
