Andover Forest Neighborhood

Rolling greens, water features and tree-lined streets characterize the highly sought-after neighborhood of Andover Forest. Andover Forest is an attractive and prestigious golf course community situated in Lexington, Kentucky.

Andover Forest is located in zip code 40509 in Fayette County. It is bounded by the Man o’ War Boulevard, the Brighton East Bike Path, Pleasant Ridge Drive and McFarland Lane. It is conveniently close to Interstate 75 and Interstate 64, providing easy access to all of central Kentucky, including downtown Lexington’s finest shopping, dining and entertainment.

This family-friendly neighborhood is nestled amidst the Kentucky Bluegrass terrain, with plenty of woods, streams and nearby lakes. The community is immaculately landscaped, and the residents take pride in their residences. Many homes even have spectacular views of the golf course greens and fairways.

Many Andover Forest residents belong to the golf course. The Andover Golf and Country Club is a private, member-owned club. It is an eighteen-hole championship course that was established in 1989. It features a swimming pool, tennis courts and a gorgeous clubhouse.

Residents also enjoy spending time at their neighborhood park, Pleasant Ridge Park. Pleasant Ridge Park has sprawling open fields, a playground, restrooms and a sheltered picnic area.
