Phoenix Hill Neighborhood

Located just minutes east of downtown Louisville, Phoenix Hill is a bustling residential and business neighborhood with a lot to offer. Neighborhood staples like Kroger, Meijer, CVS, Republic Bank, Chase Bank and FirstBank Louisville are also nearby, making everyday living in Phoenix Hill simple and convenient.

Hungry locals and residents alike will enjoy the neighborhood’s diverse food and restaurant offerings. Eateries like Spinelli’s Pizzeria, Mayan Café, Wall Street Deli, Kim’s Asian Grill and Lynn’s Paradise Café are all nearby, as are fast food favorites like McDonald’s, Arby’s, and Wendy’s.

The Louisville Waterfront Park is a popular local attraction, providing great views of the river along with picnicking facilities, grills, walking trails and picture-taking opportunities.
