Great place for 1 or 2 people. Lease contract is through end of July. Monthly contract payments are $450 and is to be paid at the beginning of each month. I'm moving out middle of May and need someone to move in to finish out current contract. Electricity will need to be reconnected in your name. Average electricity is $65.00. I will disconnect the electricity once I move out. The internet will need to be activated in your name. I will be returning the internet equipment. The internet is paid for by the Hubas well as water, gas and garbage. Please contact the Hub office if you are interested. If you plan to continue living here after July, please contact the Hub for more rental details. I cannot guarantee they will continue to honor this monthly fee. I can only guarantee June and July's payments.
