Three bedrooms (but note that one is usually used as a den - it has a second smart TV and is attached to the front bedroom, has a trundle with two single beds; one is portable). There is also a separate study, also with internet access, attached to the other bedroom. Two and a half bathrooms! Luxury towels and sheets; washer/dryer; hot tub. Avail after June 1. $2600 a month in fall, all utilities included. We prefer 2-8 month leases NOT yearly (bc we also visit). Will rent for ONLY $2200/month in summer ! (June, July and August only).
