Beautiful and newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment located in Downtown Brunswick, it is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood on Lincoln street, walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, shops, direct access to Rout 1. Mid term are also welcome, but the rates will be higher, please inquire with length of desired months. All furniture and kitchen supplies will be included, both beds are king size with super comfortable mattress. Utilities are not included. We spray foam all the walls and basement, all lights are LED lights for saving energy. 3 minutes to Bowdoin, 8 minutes to Midcoast, 10 minutes to Bath, 15 minutes to Freeport and 30 minutes to Portland.
