This apartment has a completely updated Kitchen including granite countertops and stainless appliances, Two Bedrooms each with a large queen sized bed, Living room with unique double hung french door, Dinning room, covered deck, and shared laundry space in the basement. The original 113 year old antiqued hard wood floors with all their character remain, along with much of the original ornate molding, doors, and hardware. I have scoured Maine for the finest, and sometimes weird or funky, wood and metal furniture or built it myself! Both beds are also have brand-new mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and eating plus a dishwasher and garbage disposal Outside please enjoy my backyard and the firepit!
