Thanks for your interest in our Orchard Cottage. We love the space, think tiny house with large loft. If that works for you then let us know and we will explore the possibilities. All utilities are included, private entrance and carport. There would be a deposit of 1200 that is refundable if home left in good order and a pet deposit of $120 that is not refundable. 15 minutes to Waterville, 22 minutes to Augusta , Maine. We also have indoor and outdoor cats which should not be a problem. The farm is close to China lake, good walking , biking. swimming and is quiet and rural.
