Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
