The apartment comes with furniture because the stairs are very small and it is difficult to fit furniture upstairs. I live next door and work from home with my 3 small dogs. No cats please. The kitchen comes with a 2 burner cooktop stove, instapot, and air fryer. There is a table that folds up and down. Large bedroom with bed, couch, desk and TV. Full bathroom and large closet area. Access to your own washer and dryer. Wifi, utilities, and water are included in rental payment of 1200 per month. I am looking for long term rentals of 3 months or more. 1 small dog allowed for pet fee of $150, and pet rent of $50 per month. There is street parking the permit is $20 per year.
