So, this basement room only can temporary for guests room. Our house is very close to Amazon warehouse in Hagerstown, MD, only few minutes walking distance, when you open the kitchen porch door, you can see the Amazon’s building. Our house is very beautiful , clean, warm and comfortable size for a family. You can move in as soon as possible. The first level has 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An open kitchen/dining room and living room are very spacious. There is one car garage but it is possible to park two cars as it is very long. The basement has one finished room that can be used as a game room or children’s playroom but has no bathroom. You can also use this as a temporary guest room. The rest of the basement is unfinished and contains the laundry area and utilities. There is ample room for storage as well as an area that can be used as a shop.
