Hi, my name is Jackie. My fiance', Dean and I are seeking a "single" female or male roommate to occupy the second bedroom with a private bathroom at The Residences at Arundel, in Hanover. It is located within driving minutes of The Arundel Mills Mall, Live Casino, Starbucks, Safeway and many fast/sit down restaurants. Within walking distance, a few steps outside the main doors, is a beautiful hotel, The Hotel, and eating establishments. The Residences at Arundel is a "locked" building with a Concierge and closed garage parking to residents of the community only. It also features wonderful ammenities...gym, outdoor swimming pool, area to BBQ... We are a clean, quiet couple who do NOT drink (Dean may have an occasional glass of red wine with a homemade Italian dish), nonsmokers, and of course do NOT use recreational drugs. We would like to find someone who would like to share the common spaces...kitchen (spacious) and family/living room area. We do NOT ask you to clean these areas, but ask you to be RESPECTFUL of the common areas; especially the kitchen (clean up after yourself...dishes...keep countertops, stove/oven and microwave clean), so we can ALL ENJOY them and use them with EASE and/or FREELY!
