My family and I have been Blessed, by God Almighty to have owned and lived in this house for 20 years, next door to a safe, updated community park with big picnic area, inground swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field, children's playground, and restrooms. The house includes separate entrance to (finish basement), and a separate (detached) big 2 car garage, with a built on addition attachment connected and now we're willing to rent it (all) out to the Right-eous Tenant-s under the following conditions- my Wife is willing to pay for (all materials) required to update the house as needed, and the new Tenant-s will be responsible for the professional installation requirements, along with first month rental payment and separate security deposit requirement, Tenant-s pay all monthly utilities bills, Tenant-s are responsible for (all) interior and exterior maintenance of the property, pets are allowed, uponed approval, and the backyard is large enough to park multiple vehicles, including work trucks.
