BACKYARD: Large deck area and yard that has unobstructed lake view. Very pretty. LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT: boiler, washer and dryer and side door access to yard. Be sure to watch your head. LAWN: tenant is expected to regularly mow the grass during growing season...it doesn't take long.
