Three newly renovated, spacious rooms available in a shared house. I am looking for awesome people to fill these ASAP. Bedrooms are unfurnished, but everything else in the house is completely furnished, stocked, and ready for move-in. Proximity to metro is great for D.C. commuters. My room is downstairs. I'm a 29-year-old software engineer working out of D.C. I'm pretty outgoing and sociable; I get along with pretty much anyone. The ideal tenant is friendly & easygoing. Community vibes are what we're going for here. Whoever moves in first gets to have input on future tenant selections! Professional house cleaning once per month is included. Utilities will be split 4 ways. The amount will vary, but should be about $80 per person per month. No smoking (vaping is fine, smoke is not)! That's about it!
