41 Soley Street is less than a block away from the freedom trail, the bunker hill monument, and a historic park. The apartment also features a small garden area that is shared with the other tenant. For rent by the owner (no broker fee). First and last month rent due at lease signing (no additional security deposit). The apartment features a very large bedroom and a modestly-sized bedroom/office. The apartment comes with large amounts of storage space in the basement. The laundry is located in the basement; each unit (2 total) has their own set of laundry machine hook ups. The owner does not provide or maintain the laundry machines, although units may be left by prior tenant which can be used. Apartment is available on 6/1 for a one-year lease. Out of respect for current tenant, we are only able to show the apartment on Sunday afternoon(s). There is no broker fee for this listing. A reimbursable $1600 security deposit as well as first and last months rent will be due upfront. We (the owner) are renting this apartment directly and seek conscientious applicants.
