The apartment comfortably sleeps four in beds, with an additional sleeping option on the living room chaise that converts into a single bed. Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building for $15 per night. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee, and guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night.
