6 week rental July 1st to Aug 15th (some flexibility with dates is possible). This is a bright, beautiful, classic Cambridge apartment that is fully furnished and nicely decorated to have a warm, calm feeling. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with a queen bad. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. There is a work nook off of the kitchen that has a good sized desk with shelves, and there is a huge outdoor covered deck that is a lovely place to eat meals or hang out and relax. The living room has a bay window, and the dining room table can seat up to 6 people (or a couple more if you extend the leaves). There is one bathroom, and closet and dresser space in both bedroom. There is central air conditioning and shared washer and dryer in the basement. All utilities and internet are included. There is no smoking anywhere inside or outside on the property, and the apartment is no shoes inside. There is a dog that lives on the 3rd floor (the unit upstairs). She is not noisy, but does bark occasionally (not for extended periods of time) when another dog walks past the apartment.
