222 affordable housing complex situated in a quiet area of Chicopee, located on a major bus route. All utilities are included in the price of rent. Townhouse style units feature kitchen and living space downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Three bedroom units have an additional 1/2 bath downstairs with washer/dryer hook-ups. Laundry facilities are on site for the use of all tenants and feature a FOB system for resident access only.
