Winter Rental Available: October 1, 2024 - May 15, 2025 Changes in Latitude is a perfectly located home being a stone's throw from Niles Beach. The house is an updated three-bedroom cottage that is filled with natural light and a coastal design. You can relax and eat outside on the private wrap-around porch off the kitchen while enjoying the ocean breezes. On the first floor is a living room and a kitchen including a dining area. Off the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with an additional room to use as a home office. The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. House has electric baseboards, electric heat pumps and A/C. One off-street parking space available in driveway with additional space close by. Dog-friendly. Utilities Included with exception of cable.
