All agents must give all tenants a minimum 24 hour notice before a showing. If we hear that you do not provide enough notice, we will remove you from our listing sheet and on YGL. If the tenant is home and can let you in, you DO NOT have to call the super. You should only call the super if the tenants can not give you access to the unit because they will not be in the unit to provide it. Please be courteous and let the superintendents know if your appointment is running late or if it is cancelled. Agents who are not courteous of the superintendents' time, will not be given future superintendent assistance for entry to show our units
