The suite is new, modern, and spacious and has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette (including an induction cooktop, toaster oven, and a George Forman grill - does NOT have a stove/oven), deck, and a big closet with a washer/dryer for exclusive use. The home is on a peninsula with a gorgeous park and beaches down the street overlooking the Boston skyline. Public transport (MBTA bus which takes you to the Red Line) available at the end of the street. Quincy center and Marina Bay nearby. Downtown Boston is about 20 minute drive. Additionally- ALL utilities are included (heat, electric, and hot water, internet). Can come furnished (as seen in pictures) or unfurnished. *Minimum Stay: 3 months required*1 person only*
