As Co-founder and Principal of The Elevated Companies, Dan’s focus is to lead daily operations, production, leadership development, strategic direction, and growth of the company. Dan takes an extremely hands-on approach with ELEVATED’s sales team and oversees all aspects of ELEVATED’s luxury sales and marketing strategy. Dan has represented clients on the buy and sell-side of luxury condominium transactions as well as various development opportunities ranging from 3 to 50+ units and totaling nearly $200 Million in sales. Since moving to Boston in 2003, Dan’s focus has been on relationship building, which has enabled him to build a vast network of business associates across a wide variety of concentrations. These long-term connections provided the foundation for ELEVATED’s infrastructure and rapid growth beginning in 2014. Under Dan’s guidance, ELEVATED quickly catapulted into the top tier of Boston’s independent luxury brokerages by cultivating relationships with Boston’s most respected sales teams. Dan also arranges and structures private investor financing for ELEVATED’s fast-growing development operation. Through 10+ projects and 50+ units over the past 4 years, Dan has arranged the placement of millions of dollars in capital to help facilitate the acquisition and development of luxury units in South Boston, East Boston, and Dorchester. ELEVATED has quickly become a design leader in Boston’s crowded new construction arena providing highly sought-after luxury condos for discerning buyers. Head down and hustle have been pillars of Dan’s success as a real estate entrepreneur and are evident in ELEVATED’s culture. Dan believes that the BEST wins are TEAM wins and gets immense gratification from seeing his friends, partners, and teammates succeed in both business and life. Dan is a graduate of Northeastern University, Summa Cum Laude and Suffolk Law School, Cum Laude, both located in Boston. Dan lives in Bedford, NH with his wife Kate, son Everett and daughter Winnie.
