Central air conditioning and heating (newly installed). Newly remodeled kitchen with dishwasher and new fridge, new washer and dryer. Working wood stove. Open floor plan downstairs, two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. King size bed (and walk-in closet) in one bedroom, queen bed in the other. Big grassy backyard surrounded by tall trees and a 100 year old brick wall for privacy. Front and back porches with hammock. Off-street parking for two cars. Rent includes water, trash & septic.
