This is a wonderful second floor, (top floor, no noisy upstairs neighbors!), apartment just off of S Industrial, perfect for someone who wants to be close to campus, but wants a quiet area. This community houses many families and young professionals. This unit has two bedrooms, so it can work well for friends or a small family. You will inherit my current rate that is $250-$300/month cheaper than the current rate for a comperable place at Woodbury, depending on the rate they give you.
