About The Sandstone

Our tenants know each other and they look out for each other, and for the building. 90% of them have lived here for between 5 and 20 years. The ownership and management have been the same for 20+ years. We keep our building spotless and we address any concerns that you have promptly. We only lease month-to-month: you can move any month after you give us proper notice and we can ask you to move any month after giving you proper notice. Your security deposit is secured by a surety bond, and you will get it back to you ON THE DAY YOU MOVE, if you give proper notice and leave the unit close to as neat and clean as it was when you rented it. We clean the carpet when you move at no cost to you. You must call MR. WALKER for an appointment. HE DOES NOT HAVE EMAIL. He does not text. PLEASE BRING PROOF OF INCOME. Great access to transportation to go downtown or the suburbs. New washers and dryers. We run a credit report at no cost to you, but we KNOW HOW TO READ THEM. We don't hold illnesses, divorces, prior periods of unemployment, etc., against you; and we don't go by a score. Just explain your report to us when you fill out the application. On-site laundry and MAINTENANCE. Assigned rear parking and a partially fenced side lot. We're at the corner of Fenkell, near buses that give you easy access to Downtown and the suburbs. Security Deposit and credit check are required, but we will give you a chance to explain your report.
