Daily (minimum of 2) and weekly rates beginning May 1, 2025. This is my personal vacation home, therefore the property is furnished. King, queen and twin size bed in the bedrooms, stocked kitchen with plates, cups, pots/pans, silverware etc. Bathroom towels provided as well. 5 blocks from Newman St. Patio table and chairs on the new concrete patio, fenced backyard. Dogs allowed (max of 2) with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog. I will upload more photos shortly. Booking is done through VRBO.
