Great extended stay rental for all traveling professionals! All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. This home is in the heart of Grand Rapids and within walking distance to many top locations! This place has everything you need to make it your temporary home away from home! - IN-UNIT washer and dryer - BRAND NEW appliances Very safe neighborhood with a lot to do in the area. There might be some muffled white noise from the highway that you may hear from time to time. The unit is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is also a hop, skip, and a jump away from the historic 6th St Bridge! All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. Small dogs are allowed. There is a $149 pet fee and will be charged via the pay request process. There is also an additional $40/mo/pet. This goes towards our cleaner so that we can deep clean the unit after your stay! We want to make it as hypoallergenic as possible for any future guests! There is also a one time $199 cleaning fee.
