Credit and background check conducted through AmRent, TransUnion. Application fee is $99.00 per applicant. Applications are good for 30 days. Credit requirements are as follows: 1. Income must be a minimum 3 times the rent. 2. Credit score must exceed 600. 3. Credit history must show no late payments, collections, judgments or derogatory accounts. *We do not accept housing vouchers. Please note: a unit cannot be held without a signed lease and security deposit. Units also, cannot be held beyond "move in ready" date. Completing an application and/or scheduling a tour does not guarantee you a unit or that desired unit will still be available at time of tour. Application fees are non-refundable.
