Walk through the dining room and there is an eat and kitchen with access to the basement and outside as well as a pantry. Go upstairs you will find the two bedrooms as well as the homes bathroom. Rent is $950 plus utilities plus an additional $50 animal fee per animal along with a refundable animal deposits of $150 for dogs 30 pounds and under, $250 for cats and dogs over 30lbs, and a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $200.
