We are one of the few pet-friendly communities in the area and enthusiastically welcome you and your pet (some restrictions apply). Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $275 for one or two pets. There is an additional $100 fee per pet for puppies and kittens under 1 year of age. Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged for one pet.
