This apartment is a hidden gem—newly renovated, energy efficient, and full of charm. It's the upstairs unit of our currently owner-occupied duplex (just our little family, not a big corporation), so we’re quick and responsive when you need anything. The layout makes smart use of the space with two walk-in closets, a dinette off the kitchen, and a private covered entrance. The kitchen and bathroom are completely updated, and the place comes with a brand-new full-sized washer and dryer, plus a top-of-the-line heating and cooling system to keep utility bills low year-round. You’re minutes from bus stops, downtown, and less than a 10-minute drive to MSU. Pets of all sizes are welcome with a deposit and monthly pet rent (which varies by type and number of pets, usually $25). You should have a solid employment history though I'll consider this case by case - or you can have a cosigner as well.
