This is a one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home. Future tenants will be sharing a yard, parking space, and a portion of the utilities. Their portion of the downstairs is a separate private space. Sharing our home means that you will most likely get a visit from our Australian Shepherd (which is also my therapy dog for work). My wife and I have 2 college-aged children and we as a family love people, the outdoors, traveling, and animals. Our cozy country apartment in Manchester is a month-to-month lease with a "last months rent" deposit and a cleaning fee deposit of $300. There will be a pet agreement upon approval of your pet. Utilities includes internet and is $175 a month.
