A location that allows you to walk downtown...and crab-walk home... We took two classic 100-year-old buildings and maintained their nostalgic charm while giving them new life with a full down to the studs renovation. New modern floor plans, new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, drywall, lighting, kitchens, appliances, you name it we replaced it, all with high-end features. No stone was left un-turned and no expense was spared. As life-long residents of Royal Oak, we took extreme care and pride in bringing this building into the 21st century. We’ve created a home we'd be happy to live in and hope you will feel the same! The pictures don't display this, but we are in the process of installing full-size windows on the balconies making this space usable year-round!
