Just finishing remodel of the unit and will be ready November 15th. I can get more pictures or have you tour this property anytime please call me or it may be a day or so if you email me. New granite counter top throughout the first floor as well as all new flooring with a fresh coat of paint everywhere. Like new for all appliances or brand new appliances I just replaced dishwasher. Need to see in person to appreciate the property I will consider month to month but will need to negotiate rent.
