Niche Amadore Apartments

Niche Amadore Apartments is a beautiful, historic apartment building located in the popular Riverfront Saginaw area. We have undergone extensive renovations within the past two years upgrading many aspects of the building such as the common areas with new paint colors and new carpet, new heating and hot water service components, new roof and new energy efficient windows in every apartment, as well as a new laundry facility. All apartments have new cable and internet service. We have also renovated some of the apartments with all new kitchens consisting of new cabinets and counter tops, new flooring and lighting features, new appliances including microwaves and the bathrooms have been renovated with new toilets, new sink/cabinets, and the original tubs have been re-glazed.
