The neighborhood is quiet and nicely kept. if you happen to run into a neighbor you can expect a friendly encounter. The front office/clubhouse has the pools, hot tub, and gym. It is a 2 minutes walk from the condo and it is not often used, however it is well kept. Parking is free and right in front of the condo entrance. There is a covered parking spot (#60) and uncovered, unassigned parking spots as well. The high way (I-96) is a 15 minute drive north of the condo. You can get around anywhere via Lyft or Uber for just about $20 and walking takes about 25-45 minutes depending on where you'd like to go. Downtown South Lyon is only a 2 min drive.
