Community Area Laundry. This is a FULLY FURNISHED apartment. The inventory list will be provided upon Lease signing. The tenant is fully responsible for electricity and cable/internet. No smoking, no pets (this is an association rule and cannot be waived and is enforced in the Lease). Available immediately - May 31, 2025. It is possible the owner may grant an extension to this for an additional year, but it is not guaranteed. Tenant must provide their own linens, towels, and pillows. Background and credit checks required. $65 Application per adult (everyone over 18 must apply!) $150 Admin Fee. Three times rent for income. No evictions or bankruptcies.
