The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms with king, queen, and twin-sized beds, a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, central heat and AC, two smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking. Enjoy private laundry facilities and a spacious living area in this 1300 sqft home. Upon entry, you'll walk into the spacious and open living room, where you can get right to work at the desk workstation or relax on the couch. Off the living room is the basement door, leading to the laundry/storage area, and a sliding glass door to the fully fenced backyard with an outdoor patio and gas fire pit. The beautifully renovated kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals at home. Off the kitchen is the hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a private closet and drawers. One bedroom has a queen bed, and another has a trundle bed setup with two twin beds. This pet-friendly home charges $150 per pet. Non-approved pets will be subject to a $500 fine, and non-disclosure can result in cancellation of your booking with no refund. The living room couch pulls out into a queen bed, and an additional fold-out queen mattress can be accommodated upon request. Warren is the third largest city in Michigan, behind Detroit and Grand Rapids. The apartment is located right on 10 Mile Road near Hayes, along the Roseville/Eastpointe border. While 10 Mile Road is a main road, you cannot hear much noise upon entering the property. Within walking distance are 7/11 and Domino's Pizza. A car is recommended to get around most places. The house is located 1 mile away from I-696, about 10 miles from I-75, and about 20 minutes to downtown Detroit. There is plenty of off-street parking available for up to four vehicles. This is a lower-level flat. While there are guests in the upper flat, each unit is 100% private from each other, with nothing shared between the two units. The backyard is only available to this unit and is fully fenced. For long-term bookings of 28 days or more, a signed lease may be required.
