We will share kitchen, living room, bathroom, finished basement with entertainment area for the hot summer months. The house has central air also washer and dryer available for use. Nice fenced in back yard with patio. Rent is $900 per month due on the first every month security deposit is $900. You would be responsible for electric and gas per month. I will provide WIFI and will cover water, sewage and trash removal. Housekeeping for common area's is included by myself.
