It's a very private, quiet area not far from the airport. Enjoy all the wildlife and even use the bay to get to Rice Lake if you enjoy boating, kayaking, etc. There is no swimming in the bay since it is preserved for wildlife.There is only one bedroom, but there is an extra room that could be used occasionally depending on the weather. The garage is not part of the rent, but we may be able to work something out if you need some storage. Tenant ipays for all utilities except sewer and water. You can use our furniture or your own. We just happen to have furniture in there for the photos.
