We have a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex (Unit 1) available near the University of MN- bus stop at end of block. We are renting out by rooms. Available now through 8/28/25. All tenants do a background/credit check with application. We remodeled the property a few years ago. Basement Bedroom #6 rented. This unit has 2 fridges. There is a small storage shed in the back for bikes. Individual Lease for each bedroom. We use an electronic billing service that we collect the rent and the utilities. Utilities are split among the tenants. - Since this unit is rented out by bedroom, I will pay the following utility bills and then bill each tenant individually for their portion of the Electric, Gas, & Water/Trash. The Internet is handled by the tenants and they pay directly to the provider they wanted. Water/trash is split between Unit 1 and Unit 2. Price is about $20 per person a month.
