The house is in South Minneapolis and is very close to a park. My niece loves the park whenever she comes to visit. I am looking to rent out my house to a family since it is the first home that I bought. However, my husband and I just bought our first home together, and I am renting this out. It is a lovely home, and I absolutely want only the best people to be living in it for my own bias reason. All the yard equipment's including a snow blower, shovel and mower are provided. You will be expected to do yard maintenance such as mowing and shoveling in the winter. The bathroom is completely renovated and right on the main floor. The basement is complete and renovated with an entire empty space for a family entertainment or another bedroom. Washer and dryer comes with the place with plenty of storage shelves.
