The building also offers common area Wi-Fi for co-working and is wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs. Certain breeds such as Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs are not permitted. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is filled with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests is enforced. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy that involves calling the police for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
