The property allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. The neighborhood offers a diverse selection of rentals and is appreciated for its prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background search and credit check.
